  • under 40g of carbs per day
  • 0.6g protein per pound of optimal body weight per day
  • eat from the diet roadmap until satisfied

  • 06:00 PM: Rinsed organic white rice topped with roast beef slices and sauce
  • 06:30 PM: fruit

Protein Fast Day:

  • 9:00 AM: Bulletproof coffee
  • 01:00 PM: 200 ml bone broth with 200 g brussels sprouts
  • 5 g charcoal at night
